Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our studio in Brooklyn, New York, USA.
How do you ship?
We use first class and priority shipping through USPS. We also offer a variety of additional shipping carriers and options at checkout.
All packages are shipped in a durable padded mailer.
We ship worldwide.
How long will it take my order to ship?
All of our pieces are handmade - please allow 5-10 days for items to be cast and prepped for shipping. Our estimated shipping times are in addition to the production time and is determined by the shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow 1-2 weeks in addition for international deliveries.
Am I able to choose a delivery date or hour?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time. Once the item has shipped you can try to contact USPS (www.usps.com) directly to organize a possible delivery date. Tracking information will show your estimated delivery date.
Can I pick-up / return an item in person?
No, unfortunately we do not open our studio to the public except for special events. All special events are listed in our newsletter.
Shipping Restrictions
The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders placed from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled.
Shipping Times & Costs
You can find detailed shipping times and costs in every product page.
For pre-orders - the number of shipping days will be calculated from the time the items become available in the studio.
USPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped from our Brooklyn studio.
USPS delivers from Monday to Saturday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our studio unless an attempt to intercept the package from USPS is made.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:
