Return & Exchange Policy

If you need a different size, color, or would like to swap your piece, we offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase. All rings are available in sizes 5-9 and exchanges can be made for rings within that size range for in-stock sizes. If we do not have the size you need in stock, we are happy to cast a new one for you for a small $15 re-casting fee. We do not offer refunds. 

Plated rings cannot be re-sized without an additional re-plating charge. The re-plating charge is $25 per ring. The cost to size-swap for in-stock sizes is still free for the first sizing swap.

If your purchase was received in a damaged condition, please reach out to us at inquiries@snashjewelry.com within (7) calendar with images of the defect.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also contain the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we do no offer monetary refunds for any merchandise. Additionally, all purchases of gift cards and/or sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. 

Any orders that are agreed to be cancelled and purchased via AFTERPAY will incur a 6.5% cancellation fee (this is a non-refundable  fee that we are charged by Afterpay. 

Due to current covid-slowdowns, orders are currently taking 2-3 weeks to ship. Once items are ordered, we begin production. Purchases are not refundable as they are cast-to-order. 

I want to gift a SNASH ring - what if it doesn't fit?

No problem! We offer one free size-swap for in-stock items for every ring we sell. If it is not in-stock, we can cast you a new item for a small $15 re-casting fee. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery.

Free sizing does not apply to purchases from our "LAST CHANCE SALE" section or purchases made through our wholesale shops - please reach out to them directly with any sizing concerns. Full priced items purchased with a coupon code are eligible for free sizing swaps if all other conditions are met. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on pieces not purchased directly through our website or in person.  All items purchased on sale are final are subject to additional charges, should any modifications be required.

Snash Jewelry charges $5 for return packages for domestic customers and $13 for international customers. We will invoice you for the cost of re-shipping prior to shipping your item.
